The house was comfortable for 13 of us - very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and took full advantage of the pool, tiki bar and outdoor seating. The location is great- only a 15 minute walk to the ocean. The bay is 1/2 block away - sunsets are fantastic. John was always available to answer any questions.
