Location is great. This building has 17 floors, so small in comparison to the big hotels around it. That meant the beach in front of the building wasn’t very crowded. The building is old, but still in good shape. I would recommend a sound machine because the windows are thin.

This is an absolutely perfect condo! It’s decorated beautifully but not overly beachy. It was perfect for our family of 5. In the past we’ve had trouble finding 2 bedroom condos where our family of five wasn’t on top of each other all week.There’s plenty of room to spread out. There’s tons of counter space, a table where we could all eat together and a huge couch for watching movies on rainy days. We’ve always struggled with having space to put our groceries but this unit has a huge pantry which is a bonus when you have to feed 2 teenage boys for a week. The owners were quick to respond and seemed extremely friendly. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

The unit had everything we needed and the views and location are amazing. The property is well taken care of and not too crowded due to the size. We had a great stay!
