About this apartment rental
Fabulous 2100sf 3rd Floor lakeview corner condo. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
THE SPACE
The condo itself is huge at 2100sf with open plan living area/kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our dining table with a view! Just a 2 minute stroll to either of our 2 heated resort pools. The balcony overlooks Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks. An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a huge dining table for up to 8 that makes a great boardroom table plus seating at the bar for 4. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area with comfortable seating area. The south facing condo has a walk out balcony.
BED AND BATH
3 large bedrooms boast pillow-top mattresses, quality cotton linens, ceiling fans and plasma TVs. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom. The guest rooms offer a king room and 2 double beds. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. We reserve the right to make this change and accept no responsibility for any changes in amenities or furnishings.

Location was amazing for avoiding the traffic on main roadways coming in to OCCC for AAU nationals. The community pool, bar, and games were perfect for teens and parents to be entertained without having to venture to the big parks. Condo was clean and all provided amenities were accurate. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations left in the condo as well. Would recommend to anyone coming for OCCC events, universal parks, etc.

Property was great and very convenient location. My only thought - the bathrooms need more towel bars and the master shower must have something for supplies - I literally had to put my stuff on the floor while I showered. Other than that, great place!!

This was exactly what we needed for our family of 6! Perfect location to pool and stores/restaurants. We enjoyed the paved walking path and view of the lake. We had three days here and enjoyed two at the pool and one at Universal's Volcano Bay. It was awesome to be so close to the park without staying on site. I had several questions before I booked this particular unit and the they were all answered promptly. Very clean and very spacious. We would definitely book here again if coming to the Orlando area.
