Recently renovated, this beautiful lakeview 3 bedroom ground floor condo boasts new laminate flooring (in all rooms), furniture, and appliances. The bright and cheerful decor will set the mood for your dream vacation. It is also in close proximity to the pool and clubhouse.
The open floor plan makes this an ideal unit for a large family to share while vacationing in Orlando. From anywhere in the common area a view of Lake Cay can be enjoyed. Open the blinds and take in the breathtaking view just outside your door.
The master suite features a king bed and shares the same gorgeous lakeview as the living room! The second bedroom houses a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full beds, perfect for kids or teenagers. There are also 2 sleeper sofas that sleeps an addition 4 people. All rooms have smart TV's.
Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

We stayed here for the huge national volleyball tournament. The only frustrating part was the ID confirmation process. We had to attempt multiple times to send pictures of our ID and credit cards. The box spring in the master has seen better days and has to be pushed back together the first night. The team was fabulous when my daughter realized she left her charger after checkout time. They issued us a new code so she could run in and grab her charger. The location was close to the clubhouse and main pool. The walk to the other pool was short. There was plenty of parking and electric car chargers nearby. The home could use a few repairs and adding knobs to the cabinets would help! They stick. I broke a nail just trying to get out a coffee cup. The washer and dryer came in handy for those nightly uniform washes.

The host was very helpful, communication was excellent – the property was lacking, however- it was spacious for sure. The View and porch were great, but the bedding was poor.- I’ve never been in a place that did not have a bedspread, but only a sheet on top of a blanket—? The sheets were scratchy and beds were just not that comfortable and I was surprised by that- We also requested extra blankets and none were provided, this is very surprising at a property this large - there were two couches that pulled out into beds, but only one extra set of sheets, even though we did not need but one I thought that that was an oversight especially since we were looking for an extra blanket and figure there would be extras for the two couch pull out beds-also the thermostat would not go below 69 and while This seems quite cool it just didn’t seem to get that cool-the resort was very nice and I would definitely stay at the location again, the paths and the pools were very nice, but I don’t think I would choose this unit it was very spacious, which was nice, but it was a bit too “spartan” for our taste - it could definitely use an upgrade I believe this was a handicap unit, which would explain the lack of drugs however it was not advertised as such.
