Enjoy every moment of your Seabrook Island vacation here in this beautiful High Hammock home nestled on a private lot under a canopy of live oak trees and Spanish moss. Once inside you'll appreciate the spacious, open floor plan while your eyes are drawn to the amazing golf course views at the back of the house. There is plenty of room for family and friends to gather in the cozy great room with vaulted ceiling and access to the screened porch. Ample windows throughout the home bring the outdoors in and provide wonderful natural lighting.
The dining area adjacent to the great room has seating for 8 and is perfect for sharing meals and playing games. The large great room has plenty of seating for everyone. You'll love the fabulous beach vibe throughout this home. The open eat in kitchen is fully stocked with seating for 4 at the counter stools. A large picture window ensures that even the chef has a gorgeous view. The kitchen and 1st floor primary bedroom have access to the sun room which is such a happy place to begin and end your day. There is a full sleeper sofa in the sunroom for added sleeping accommodation. The large first floor primary suite has a king bed and spacious, updated en-suite bath. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Wander outside to the screened porch with multiple seating areas. Spend the day relaxing and watching the golfers stroll by on the 2nd fairway of Ocean Winds golf course. Step through the porch onto an open deck with additional seating and a propane grill for your barbeque delights.
Upstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms and full bath. The first one at the top of the stairs features a queen bed with en-suite bath and private balcony. The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Lovely amenities, very comfortable. Only complaint was the parking was very awkward since we had one larger vehicle and a small one. Would recommend..

Web site pic of upstairs bedroom showed bunk beds with one single. However...there were two double beds. Suggest you change pic on we site
Overall ...great comfortable house. We left boogie boards..and game for future guests. Suggest you advertise that house has beach chairs and wagon which beach goers will appreciate.
