Overlooking the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Golf Course, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers inviting indoor and outdoor spaces designed for easy coastal living. Whether you are sipping coffee on the screened porch, grilling dinner on the deck after a beach day, or gathering with family in the open living area, this home makes it easy to settle into vacation mode from the moment you arrive.

Inside, the bright open layout brings everyone together while still offering plenty of room to unwind. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient serving window into the dining area, where a beautiful dining table seats 6 for shared meals, game nights, or planning the next day’s adventures. The great room is designed for comfort with a leather sofa, 4 reclining chairs, and an HDTV perfect for movie nights after a day on the island. Sliding glass doors open to the screened porch with a large round dining table for 6 and relaxing views of the golf course beyond. Just off the porch, the open deck provides additional seating, a propane gas grill, and the perfect spot for casual outdoor dining in the coastal air.

The first-floor primary suite offers a quiet retreat with a king bed, Smart HDTV, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the deck overlooking the golf course. The ensuite bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with a spa-like touch. Across the hall, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart HDTV, and easy access to the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, the open loft overlooks the living area below and adds extra space for families or groups with a full bed and twin bed accented by coastal-inspired details. Connected to the loft is a small private bedroom with a twin bed, HDTV, and adjoining bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, offering additional privacy and flexibility for guests.

Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available..

Beach Access: 0.9 - 1 mile walk or bike ride to the Boardwalk 9.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) medium sized dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs is permitted. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per week.

Fireplace: The fireplace(s) in this home are not available for guest use.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.
