The unit is nicely furnished with updated bedding that differs from the photos. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely responsive and kept us informed with timely alerts. We will definitely rent this unit again next year.

Our stay at Aqua 1003 was great! We really enjoyed the spacious condo with awesome views and a wonderful balcony! Aqua’s amenities were very nice and clean. The location for us was wonderful. Working with Warren Beach rentals was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo could use a little bit of updating but was both nice and comfortable. I would rent again.

Location was amazing. Water view, beach and very walkable to everything. The condo does needs updating. Beds were comfy but overall furniture was old, worn and dated. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. There were 6 of us but only a dining room table for 4. The balcony also only had table for 4. We had to move a chair from MB to living room to accommodate seating for everyone. This condo has potential to be awesome but at current state it is average, at best.
