About this apartment rental
Discover the cosiness of a quiet newly refurbished home in the heart of Trastevere. Classic-chic atmosphere, furnishing details that deserve more than a glance. This apartment is ideal for a family or 2 couples. It's a prefect starting point to discover and experience the beauty of the city and the typical Trastevere neighborhood.
It consists of a large living room with sitting area and dining table, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom/studio with comfortable pullout bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, a small kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Please note that the bedroom and the studio/bedroom are connected to each other but the privacy can be kept by using the entrance to the bedroom towards the bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities to meet the needs of the modern traveller: independently controlled air conditioning in every room, heating, free Wi-Fi, smart TV in every room, washer, dryer, hairdryer.
It's located in a quiet corner int he heart of Trastevere.
The apartment is located at the second floor in a Roman style building without elevator.
Please note that the bedroom and the studio/bedroom are connected to each other but the privacy can be kept by using the entrance to the bedroom towards the bathroom. (The bathroom has 2 entrances)

We just loved it!!! Excellent and extremely friendly pick-up and check-in even at our arriving past midnight, unique and very cosy apartment full of books and selected furniture, and all of it in the middle of vibrating Trastevere only some metres from the river. We will definitely come back!

Facility is worn. Doors and drawers difficult to open. Lack of ventilation in bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is very small and refridgerator cannot hold any reasonable amount of food. Have to take trash out daily and several blocks away.
Indicated second story walk up but really on third floor. Picture implies a patio but that area does not belong to the apartment.
Nicely decorated with interesting books and other guidebook literature provided. Great location
$$$$
