Discover paradise in this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath Lakeview retreat, where breathtaking mountain and lake vistas greet you! Perfect for families, this tastefully furnished haven sleeps 10, plus a washer, dryer, and commercial ice maker for ultimate convenience. A 24' covered boat slip for your personal use at the marina below, a fire pit for starry nights, and a gas grill for lakeside BBQs. Comfort meets adventure in this unforgettable escape!
Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.
Rental agreement must be signed and 750.00 damage deposit hold must be place on a credit card before access to home can be given.

This property is perfect for your family or group ANY time of the year! Come inside the great room with a breathtaking view of the lake is just what is needed to get away from the grind. In the spring/summer/fall enjoy the fire pit with s'mores and conversation while sitting under the stars surrounded by the mountains and lake.
This property books Sunday to Sunday for our summer season- typically the first full week of June through the first week of August. Other dates require a 2 night minimum. We book for all holidays as well!
Cedarview Creek comes with a free covered slip at the popular Sugar Hollow Marina. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many convenient boat rental companies. Most will deliver right to your dock.
Want the house stocked with food and beverages when you arrive or any other festive convenience? We can offer that service as well.
The location of this property sits perfectly for access to multiple popular marinas, golfing in Deerfield, Chapman Hill Winery, the "jumping bridge" and so much more. Minutes to Lafollette and Jacksboro for convenience shopping and an easy day trip to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Knoxville. Bring your UTV's and enjoy so many trails in this beautiful mountain country.

This location has the prettiest view! The kitchen was well stocked, I loved the outdoor space; we had coffee out there every morning. Access to the boat slip was easy and we enjoyed the lake very much!

Property was just as it was described and photographed on the site. Sugar Hollow is a great marina and overall lake location. Great view of the lake from the home and we enjoyed lots of activities in the large yard around the house.
