Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Casa d'Oro (golden house) is 8 minutes from Colgate University and nestled in the heart of quaint Upstate New York. This is a two story space. The full bed is in a loft settle bonus open space and on the same floor as the bedroom. This is a two story space. The full bed is in an open loft style bonus space which is open and on the same floor as the bedroom and the twin bed is in a side nook.
When booking this space you agree and understand that 3 bedrooms in the listing is used as a description of the 3 bedroom spaces. It is a unique set up with a King Room. A twin room and the Full bed and trundle is in an open space on the second floor as shown in the photos and is not enclosed. If you have any questions I would be happy to further explain this quaint space.
PARKING:
This is a duplex and the other side is also a rental unit. The parking is a shared side by side driveway to the right of the house, please be understanding of this. There is additional space diagonally across the street infront of the of the old white garage between the trees (This will be an upcoming Reno project to fix up the garage). There are 2 additional spaces there which are also associated with this house. There is no street parking November 1-May 1

The rental was clean and close to the wedding venue we were going to, which is why I chose it. My communication with Mikey was excellent. Had no issues with anything. We were only there in the evenings as we were busy with wedding preparations most of the time.

Check in was easy and the house was exactly as listed. The host is responsive and very helpful. They also had waters and soda for guests. It was an amazing stay!
