A pvt Lake in a limited community, surrounded by woods and 5,000 NYS lands across the road
walking trails are at the top of the hill on the left
Snowmobile Trails to Canada are at the top of the hill straight ahead!
(these trails are not plowed in the winter...do not attempt to drive on any unplowed trails)
The lake belongs to all neighbors
The part of the lake that belongs to me is for use for swimming or fishing
and kayaking if kayaking the lake as a whole only linger on our property

No littering and no noise
This is a shared private lake
1425 sq ft on 5 acres

This is a full home rental that is fully stocked an equipped
A car is needed to get to the property

Had a great time during spring break! Caught a lot of Bass right off the dock! Cabin was cozy and the view was great!

Everything was okay. Coffee situation not good, but corrected after one day. Some bumps communicating with manager. Veiled warnings about unfriendly neighbors in info provided just before check in a little unsettling, but since it was November, we didn’t spend much time outdoors. They did supply most of what we needed, though low on a few necessaries and kid stuff a bit worn.

Easy to find and easy to enterJust a beautiful home with everything you need for a weekend at the lakeIt was a cold weekend for my son’s Colgate parent’s weekend so we really appreciated the cozy space created by the wood burner. Great kitchen space allowed us to all sit diwn to desert and the curved TV was fantastic for movie nightAbsolutely will return!Host was fantastic
