The holiday apartment Boulevard 105 is located in Estepona and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony, which offers a wonderful view. The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, an outdoor shower, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

Pros: Fantastic apartment, spotless with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer. Fantastic view from terrace and right beside the beach. The owner Tom was really helpful and had even left us water, wine and beer on arrival. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Pros: Just enjoyed a week in Jacaranda Apt 105. Lovely and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a self catering break. Balcony overlooking the sea and quiet promenade was a favourite spot day or night. The Garden and pool area are inviting, but pool needs bit of refurb. We would have loved a couple of nice sunbeds rather than sun chairs as they were quite low but understand that with limited space the pool can't be over run with sunbeds. Lovely walk into old town and to harbour. Top notch restaurants and food at reasonable prices . Would definitely recommend and we would return. Tom a real gent and helpful and there if you needed him. Only negative - corkscrew needs changing.

Pros: Lovely apt, very spacious and clean, great views from balcony,restaurant and supermarket beside property. Gardens and pool very well kept and right beside beach. Owners very efficient and helpful and all as advertised, had great holiday. 10 min walk to start of old town and 30min to marina along promenade.

Apartment very clean and everything you need for your holiday and more!
The view from the balcony/terrace is amazing ! The apartment is less than three minutes walk from a great super market, with a lovely walk along the sea front to the lovely streets of Estepona, can't wait to return!
