It is arranged for 6 people in the old wing of an agricultural domain, adjoining the HORTENSIAS gite and next to the owner's house, all not overlooked, The property is 10 minutes from exit 17 of the 'A10 motorway, direction Chartres.
On the ground floor, living / dining room, open fitted kitchen, shower room with shower, separate WC.
On the 1st floor: large gray bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed, toilet area), taupe bedroom (1 double bed, toilet area), morello cherry bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom.
Green spaces 1000 m2, portico. private terrace and parking.
Available :
- all year JACUZZI 5 places
- from the beginning of May to the end of September. 5 x 10 meter heated and secure POOL
- solarium and sunbathing
Terrace, parking, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, private garden.
