Charming house, very quiet, in the countryside, in a protected site classified as 'Cisse Valley', place for walks and fishing, large terrace and garden. Welcome to all those who discover our house. Our house is ideal for recharging your batteries far from the big cities and in safety. Our family home "Les Musardises" built in 1933 by my grandfather, who lived in Blois, our family spent weekends there. Our house is decorated with various objects found over the years according to our desires and discoveries, they are memories for us. To go in and out, it is preferable to go through the kitchen and close the door of the living room from the inside. The first floor was completely redone in 2010. In case of heat you have a button to ventilate near the kitchen door.
We have internet (decoder on the TV) and satellite TV (a bit long to get started).
The garbage cans pass every WEDNESDAY in front of the house. The garage remains open and the gate must be closed with bars at all times. You can park in front of the gate or put the car inside the garage or garden through the white gate at the end of the garden. The barbecue is available with charcoal or small logs, the fireplace in the living room being closed by a hatch in summer.
For your nearest shopping (7 km) is HERBAULT. The Intermarché is in the direction of Angers after the village of ORCHAISE at the top of the hill.
