Very clean and understandable small things happen. Very nice they went out of the way to supply and setup a portable A/C unit due to a minor issue in the building.
Easy accessibility to free parking and if your interested a decent gym on the 3rd floor.

One bedroom condo perfect for a home base to explore Calgary. Parking, gym and balcony made it a pleasure.
