PARKING: We have free street level parking provided which is located on the same block at a neighbouring building. Instructions provided in the check-in process.

The property is located steps from the Sunnyside LRT (light rail train) Station. This is one stop from downtown and only minutes to the Calgary Stampede station.

This is a one (1) bedroom suite with a queen bed. The second "bed" is a futon in the living room which is best suited for one (1) person but could fit two (2).

PETS: All pets must be approved prior to booking.

Please note that by booking the suite you are agreeing to all house rules. Ensure they are read and understood.

This is a ground floor unit with access via the back of the building (alley).

⚠️ Rooftop Amenity Closure Notice:
Please note that the building's rooftop amenity area will be unavailable from July 3–12, 2026, due to a temporary closure mandated by the Condominium Corporation during the Calgary Stampede period.

Excellent one bedroom condo. Just a minute to the LRT. Kensington has numerous dining and shopping options. Would definitely do this again.
