Spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Boston

Very clean property. Check-in was easy other than we didn’t know which door was for our unit, but we figured it out lol. Two units have the same number. The area was a little “edgy” and 0.7 miles from main subway station to downtown, but the unit itself was great for our trip.

The apartment is very true to the photos and was perfect for our group (several adults and two toddlers). The bedrooms are generously sized, and the beds comfortable. While I wouldn’t call it the most exciting or walkable section of Boston or Dorchester, there is ample parking and easy access to the rest of the city. The only downside is that the host is not responsive to messages. I asked a few questions (including alerting them to a broker dryer) and did not receive a response. However, she did call me back after 10-15 minutes when we were originally unable to access the apartment. One note that is not communicated in the check in instructions - the apartment is up the stairs and to the RIGHT. There are two apartments on the floor - this one is the door with the wreath. Overall a nice stay

Our family of 6 stayed in this home to start our East Coast road trip. Since we knew we'd need a car, it was very important to find a place with parking. This place had dedicated parking on the left of the house so we picked this place even if it was not in Boston. (All our activities were in Boston)Getting in was fairly easy but the doors were not marked and I ended up opening the neighbor's door. Oops. (It's the door on left!)This place was spacious with plenty of rooms and beds and it looked as if it's been updated recently. The living area and kitchen were very clean and cozy. Rooms were nice, beds nice but a few things to note. Curtains are very thin so unless you have eye masks or do not mind waking up with the sun, bring black out curtains. Also one of the rooms had a motion sensor light right outside so every time a car drove by, it'd light up. Another bedroom had a loud humming noise, like the AC was on high but I think it was the neighbor's generator or something because we couldn't control the noise. Thankfully there were enough rooms and kids didn't mind the sensor once they fell asleep. Another thing to note, we purposely selected this place bc of the parking but the neighbor parked it our spot two nights of the four we stayed. It was very annoying since one of the nights we had to park pretty far. Neighbors also filled up the two trash contains for our unit so no space for us. Not this host's fault but more fyi to next visitors.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was spotless, beautifully updated, and clearly designed with guests in mind — everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, even a wine opener. It made the trip seamless and stress-free. For any future group gatherings, this place will definitely be a top choice. The host was kind enough to allow a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this property!
