Beachfront apartment located in the Benal Beach complex with 5 swimming pools, 24-hour reception, supermarket, gym, community parking and facing the famous Paloma Park. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.
From its sunny and private terrace, you will be able to enjoy an impressive view of the sea, located on the ninth floor and perfect for families and couples. This apartment has television, air conditioning, a spacious living room with terrace and double sofa bed, a large double bedroom with sea view and is fully equipped with wifi, towels, crockery, etc.
The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
The Benal beach is a well-known complex right in front of the beach and next to Paloma park. You will have full access to the 5 community pools, the Pool Bar and the gym.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°).
The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.
