Parellades is an apartment with an unbeatable location. Right in the heart of Sitges, just a few steps from the beach, for those who want to be close to everything!
The apartment has been recently renovated and has a comfortable layout of its rooms and bathrooms. It can accommodate 6 people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedroom with a double bed has a small terrace with a table and chairs where you can read a book or have breakfast in the morning. Large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook, although in Sitges there is such a wide variety of restaurants that you will surely want to visit!
There is a range of options, with different flavours, just a few steps from the apartment. Unbeatable location and a beautiful property!

- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50
Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

This property is in a great central location- very easy and quick to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Check-in was very easy and Hello Homes is very reasonable, accommodating, and communicative. There is an elevator if you have heavy bags, but the property is just one flight up, so also very convenient. The only piece of advice is to make sure you stock up on some amenities as this property does not come stocked for a stay longer than 5 days and there are no shower amenities (which I never expect at a property anyway). I bought paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and trash bags for my two week stay at the grocery store conveniently located around the corner, just a 2-3 minute walk.There is air conditioning in the large bedroom and in the main living area which helps keep the apartment very cool. There is construction going on next door (it's an old church being renovated) and it's been going on two years in a row now. It was loudest in the mornings, but very peaceful for an afternoon siesta ;) There is a doggo upstairs who barks occasionally. I will definitely try to book this property again in the future. It's really quite convenient and comfortable.
