The Space:

Step onto your private lanai and let the trade winds carry the salt air in. From the 28th floor of Waikiki Banyan, the rhythm of island life is yours to move at your own pace.



The space

This entire one-bedroom condo on the 28th floor sleeps up to four guests across a thoughtfully arranged layout. Ocean views follow you from room to room, and the private lanai gives you a front-row seat to Waikiki's ever-changing skyline and shoreline.



Living area

The living room is made for settling in. A pull-out sleeper sofa gives flexible sleeping options, while a large smart TV and a lift-top coffee table - equally useful for casual meals or a work session - keep things comfortable and practical. The dining area seats four, and a window AC unit keeps the space cool whenever you want a break from the warmth outside.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before hitting the beach to full meals cooked in. A Samsung refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice maker, blender, drip coffee maker, and hot water kettle are all on hand. Wine glasses, a baking sheet, and a full set of dishes and silverware round things out - plus coffee is provided to get your mornings started.



Bedroom & bathroom

The separate bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, and a dedicated desk area with a door for privacy - ideal if you're working remotely or simply want a quiet retreat. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, with hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products included. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and an iron are also provided.



Outdoor space

Your private lanai with outdoor furniture is the perfect spot to start the morning with coffee or wind down in the evening as the sky shifts above the water. On the building's sixth-floor recreation deck, shared amenities include an outdoor pool, shared hot tub (open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, available all year), shared sauna, electric BBQ grill, outdoor playground, and sun loungers.



Beach & extras

Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, along with shared beach access nearby. Free resort access is included for all guests.



Location

Waikiki Banyan sits in the heart of Waikiki, within easy walking distance of the beach, Honolulu Zoo, and Kapiolani Park. Ground-floor conveniences include a coffee shop and convenience store. The building has an elevator, a private entrance, and shared paid laundry facilities on each floor. Free parking for one vehicle in the on-site garage is included, along with fast Wi-Fi (348 Mbps, verified by speed test) and an ethernet connection. A level 2 EV charger is also available on the premises.
