Jason was great. The place had everything you needed and decorated nicely. We and the dog enjoyed our stay. Good parking. Fenced in area. We used the grill and had all the cooking items we needed. Very thoughtful about what guests might need. Great location. Not on the water but definitely in walking distance

The house was very clean and conveniently located to the boat ramp. There was boat parking 2 houses over with electrical for charger and water for flushing and cleaning. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip here.

Excellent stay! We had friends staying at Hickory Point RV and it was so close to them. Beautiful place and fast communication!

This VRBO was good for our purposes as we traveled to FL to attend a funeral of a long time friend. The home was comfy, clean and well appointed! The FL temp and hot sun made it challenging to hit the beach for too long of a time but the area offers so many things to do.
