The house was immaculate, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close to the sponge docks . We didn’t see any water nearby, but we didn’t search.We would definitely come back!

We wanted a home where we could explore the gulf side while traveling with our two large dogs (Great Dane, Labrador Retriever). This home was great for us. Spacious, well located, clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities for us. Ryan (the host) was amazing. He communicates quickly and effectively. He always provided information and resolution during our month-long stay for any issues/questions that we had. The house was a great "jumpiing off point" for all of our adventures. The park across the street and the dog park nearby were great for "our boys". The beaches were only 15 minutes away (traffic in the area is challenging at times) and there was great dining and shops along the way. Altogether, an amazing trip! Ryan, you are a very professional host. Thank you for going the extra mile for us!

Location excellent. Accommodations good. Did not know all bedrooms upstairs, with 17 steps to carry luggage. No outdoor furniture. No beach chairs or beach towels provided. Host was receptive to our needs. Would rent this property again.

Solid 5 stars for this re-modeled house, host is very accommodative and communicated promptly.
A lot of small things that makes stay very comfortable.
AC works good, quite street with a huge park near by.
Pet friendly policy, only one suggestion for the future: backyard fence will be nice.
