Step inside this thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage, and find your home away from home. The expansive living area, complete with 2 comfortable sofas, one being a sleeper for additional guests, is perfect for evening gatherings or cozy movie nights.
Prepare delicious meals in the large, well-appointed kitchen, which boasts stainless appliances, ample dishes, and cookware. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
Retreat to the luxurious Primary Bedroom, featuring king bedding, and private bathroom, which includes a relaxing tub/shower combo, a single vanity, fully stocked with linens for your stay.
The second bedroom is fully furnished with Queen bedding, and a spacious closet for storing your personal belongings out of sight. Bedroom 3, or the 'Kids Nook' is outfitted with one set of Twin over Queen bunk beds, with 1 additional Twin bed, equipped to comfortably sleep 4 guests.
Both guest bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, complete with a modern standing shower and single vanity, ensuring ease and privacy for all guests.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.
*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors only! Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!
*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. You will receive a leash cover for each registered pet, which must be used at all times.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, .

Great cottage! Very clean! Decor nice, well stocked, just what we needed. Pool was nice but we didn’t use it. The listing did not have pet fees listed or that if you needed a 3rd parking spot the fee was 100 & that caused a little stress & inconvenience. Also it was not clear where to park the golf cart if you chose to rent one (another person staying on the property harassed us for not parking the golf cart in the right place which it was parked in the space we paid for - he was wrong we could park it there). Overall it was a nice place & the property manager was very kind.
