The overall stay was great with updated appliances and comfortable beds but the floors/stairs were dirty and probably just need mopped. They provided plenty of towels and kitchen utensils for what we needed and They even let us know of the water outage that occurred during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The place we stayed was in a nice and calm gated ‘neighborhood’ with a bunch of great pools and easy beach access. Other than a couple minor inconveniences with fan remotes, the place was perfect for me and my 4 friends. For the price, I don’t believe you could stay anywhere better. I will be going back year after year.
I also want to add how AMAZING Morgan was. We had a mixup in plans but Morgan made sure we were taken care of, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

The place is updated and looks nice. 5minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are close by. Friendly neighbors and this is dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.
