Excessive mess: $75–$150 cleaning fee
Lost garage remote: $45 replacement
Lost & Found: Return shipping is $35
Overstays: $200/night, subject to AR Act 238
Pets: Up to 2 dogs, $99 pet fee — Must be house-trained and cleaned up after
Casa Maya is in a pet-loving community, so you may occasionally see and hear pets in the neighborhood — up to 2 pets are welcome per stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage or rule violations, and waive claims against the host or cleaners for accidents or issues related to use of the house and its amenities.
