Central Protaras Holiday Villa Loulla is a luxurious and modern 2-bedroom villa, fully renovated in 2017 located in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2-minute walk from Fig Tree Bay, one of the World's Top-25 Beaches with crystal clear waters and pure white sand. The villa is practically in Family Life Nausicaa Beach in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies and all amenities.
A very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style gardens including lemon trees, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and aromatic plants. The villa is fully equipped with simple yet elegant, contemporary furniture as well as all the modern electrical appliances including. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area. On this level there is also the first shower room and the sofa unfolds to a comfortable sofa-bed. The top floor offers two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with one double and one single bed. Combined with the sofa bed on the ground floor and total of two bathrooms the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
Villa Loulla is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers private high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with Russian and UK channels as well as more than 10,000 films and TV-series

The downstairs open plan layout which was very comfortable and well equipped. Having a second bathroom and washing machine was very useful. Short walking distance to the beach/boardwalk. Quiet location.
Flexible shading so you can sit in the sun.

the location of the villa to Fig tree beach was 5 minutes walk, to the nearest store as well. It was very good to have a rest for a family of 6 people with children, as we did not hear the noise of the main street of Protaras, where all the bars and pubs are located, it was very important for us. The villa had everything we needed from shampoo to microwave and blender
