Sandcastles on Tay is a 3-bedroom holiday home with Wi-Fi, ideal for your next family getaway to sunny Mt Maunganui.
There's plenty of space both indoors and out for the whole family, with three bedrooms across two levels and a rooftop sundeck. Sandcastles on Tay is pet-friendly too, so your furry family members can come along for the fun!
Open plan living is on tiles with underfloor heating - perfect for both sandy feet and in the winter months! This flows out onto the private back patio with two outdoor dining areas and a cute small chair perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun.
The garage converted into a rumpus room is stocked with books and board games, plus a comfy chair to relax in while you catch up on some holiday reading.
Sandcastles on Tay is in a great location on Tay Street, only 4 minutes walk to the beach, stopping past Tay St Beach Cafe for delicious brunch or coffee. Take the boogie boards provided down for fun in the waves, or fly a kite at Blake Park. You're also very close to the international cricket grounds for anyone keen to catch a match!
This is a wonderful holiday home for families, close to the heart of the action but down a peaceful street away from the bustling main strip. You're just a 5-minute drive to the Mount Hot Pools and walking track up famous Mt Maunganui.
After a day of adventures, return home to enjoy a drink on the rooftop sundeck with stellar views across Mt Maunganui. Magical family memories await at Sandcastles on Tay!

Beautiful and clean
Great neighbourhood very close to the beach very handy to the malls and supermarket. Only thing on the rainy day couldn’t access Netflix Otherwise great stay truely relaxing

We found the property to be satisfactory although starting to show its age.Some issues with window hardware and taps and waste in upstairs bathroom.
The location is handy to Mt Maunganui town centre and a supermarket close by. Covered parking for 1 vehicle a bonus.
