My daughters and I had a lovely stay. The place was PERFECT! We loved the downstairs bedrooms which made packing and unpacking very easy. The views from the upstairs living area were amazing! We enjoyed lovely sunsets on the deck with our wine before heading out to late dinners. We would definitely do a whole week here. Just steps from the beach! Amazing girls’ weekend!

Lovely views of the marshes. Very short walk to the ocean. Fast Wifi that allowed me to work remotely. Very attentive host. Only downsides were that the beds are a bit bouncy and I kept stubbing my toes into the bedframe pillars. Also, I had to bring my own desk and chair to be able to work remotely.

This is the perfect place to stay in Wells! The location, the views of the marsh and the house couldn’t be better! The beach and shops are in walking distance and great restaurants aren’t far away! Can’t wait to go back next year!

This property was more aged than what was shown and there was an intense damp odor. We did not stay in this property, but I gave it 3 stars because the manager and owner worked with us in finding another great one. We appreciate all of the efforts they went through to make this a pleasant trip
