About this villa rental
Wonderful Villa Susanna with private pool is one of the most beautiful villas in an unique residential area Hvaretta Villas. Hvaretta Villas are located in an attractive natural location on the sunny island of Hvar, only 2,5 km from Stari Grad. Once you arrive to Hvaretta Villas, you fall in love with this place immediately.
Villa Susanna offers one of the most beautiful sea views in the area. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening from both terraces and the pool. Distance to the nearest wild beaches is 400 m. For easier transport to the nearest bays and coves, you can use Hvaretta golf cart, which you can rent on reception.
Villa Susanna has 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. In each bedroom there is one queen-size bed. On the ground floor there is one largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, spacious common space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, several coffee tables, smart TV, wi-fi router. At the kitchen you will find all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. From the common space you have direct access to the garden with a private pool and roofed terrace with grill, garden furniture and sunbeds near the pool. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a sunny terrace with stunning sea view as well.
Each Hvaretta villa has central A/C with adjustable units in every room. There is also a private parking, a garage and a large garden next to the villa.
Electric golf carts are for rent at your disposal, for easier transfers to the nearest beaches. A safety deposit is charged 500 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found.
The rental price is inclusive of electricity and water consumption, bedclothes (changed once per week), bathroom towels (changed every 3rd day), pool towels (changed every 3rd day), dishwasher capsules (10), Nespresso coffee capsules (10), washing powder, housekeeping service once per week, pool maintenance on a daily basis, welcome drink.
Hvaretta Bar is opened every day for our guests and it offers drinks, coffee, small refreshments. A playground for children is located just next to the Bar.

Beautiful hilltop view, comfortable accommodations, and a private road leading to unspoiled coastline. Perfect for me family of 7.Less than 10 minute drive from Stari Grad port, which has a car ferry from Split.The quaint seaside villages of Vrboska and Jelsa are within 10 minutes.The town of Hvar is less than half an hour away, and some small lavender-focused towns are less than 15 minutes.There is a grocery store down the hill about 5 minutes away.The developer built a mini resort of modern villas with everything you need. Someone met us at our home after the check in time.The only thing that can be improved is a pool heater. The pool was a little too chilly to swim at the end of May. A small electric pool heater would unlock 2 more months of income (May and September) for this community. The kitchen was stocked with pots/utensils, but there were no toiletries.I asked a local on the ferry where is the best place to explore Hvar, and he said Rudina (the village Hvaretta Villas is located in) is the best and so much better than the town of Hvar.

We so much enjoyed our time in Hvar. While we thought the property was closer to town and activity, we luckily had a rental car, so we’re able to get around.
The manager was fantastic, texting us ideas and suggestions, and actually made our stay even better as we felt like we had some local knowledge by the end.
The property itself was immaculate and very much as advertised and we loved it, even if it was a little more remote than we expected.
