Great communication with Owner/Property Manager Gary. Very helpful with his great knowledge of restaraunts in the area. Very flexible with check in time (especially as my husband had finished an overnight shift and was able to chd k in earlier to allow him time to sleep). House was very comfortable and clean was able to accommodate a party of 8 really well. As we also cooked at the house we had most utensils and pots and pans available (a few extra pots/pans for big groups would be beneficial). The Bbq was available to cook as well. We had beautiful views of the water from balcony. Would have loved extra seating to sit outside and admire the view. Overall a great place to be. We would book again!

Staying at this beautiful house in Hobart was an absolute delight for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm and elegance. Our two-night stay was filled with joy and relaxation, as every corner of the house exuded comfort and warmth. I must extend my gratitude to Gary, whose exceptional service and kindness truly enhanced our experience. His attention to detail and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome.
