Great view and location. It took 30min drive to Hobart down town. 1h drive to Port Arthur. 1h drive to Maria Island ferry. Well equiped kitchen.
Rubbish was not taken out in bath room when we arrived.

The overall property was in great, new condition. The views from the balcony are amazing. The open-plan kitchen living space was fantastic for the family to hang out. The quick access to Hobart via the freeway link and local amenities are just what we needed for our 2-week stay.
After our booking but before our arrival, the property underwent redevelopment. The garage shown as available had been converted into a separate 1-bedroom 'granny flat'. However, no attempt at any privacy division had been made, making the external garden not solely occupied, and the hot tub/spa completely exposed to the other apartments' main entrance.
