About this house rental

You just found an exquisite and high quality modern semi-detached house to enjoy with the whole family. A peaceful "good-vibes" house in a perfectly safe and quiet area of Aberdeen.
The house contains three large, bright, bedrooms with very comfy beds. The Kitchen and bathroom are modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with space for dining.
The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished
There is wifi throughout and Smart TV with HD sound bar and Subwoofer in the living-room.

The inside of the property is very nice, but I was a tad nervous about the location once we arrived. Loved having three rooms. Water pressure was good. Bed comfort was decent. Booking via third party wasn't the easiest to get check-in info.

Overall this was a nice place. It does need a little TLC but nothing too major. If planning on doing laundry while there check with landlord if machine has been repaired. It is a quiet neighborhood and if you want to experience Aberdeen you'll have to go further into town.We were glad we had a car as didn't notice any restaurants/shops close by.

It was a nice property with fairly clean rooms etc. However, the hot water and heaters were broken, and the host was not supportive in sorting it out. Hence our overall stay was disappointing.
