About this house rental

Hi, thank you for your interest in our house. The house is completely remodeled in 2021 with pretty much new everything including all appliances, bedrooms sets, TV's, etc. It is located within walking distance to ND with plenty of parking. The house contains five total bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor and two additional bedrooms in the finished basement. The basement has a kid's bunk beds and a twin size bed in one room, and another full size bed in another room. The backyard has two decks that are great for hosting get togethers. We have put a lot of effort in remodeling this house and we think you will enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for your consideration.

The house was absolutely perfect. Very close to Campus. The house was extremely well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. And the outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. Unbelievably clean, very well appointed. We most appreciate that the host was very generous with consumable items like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. A wonderful space for large people to gather and make new memories. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in South Bend. Thank you so much.
