About this house rental
**Our small community will be replacing everybody's patios this summer. We expect the project to be finished end of August, beginning of Sept. There will be no patio and certainly some construction noise during this renovation***
We have been on VRBO since 2010 and our reviews speak volumes! We are ideally set up for multiple families or multiple generations who want to be all together under one roof and not in different hotel rooms. This 3,000 square foot townhouse is the perfect entertaining venue for out-of-town guests. The townhouse received a face lift this past winter. New furniture, window treatments and lighting to name a few. The big horn sheep stayed as well as the Notre Dame themed basement. Most importantly - it's got location, location, location! **** Please know that all significant dates including Graduation, home football games and JPW are priced higher than other dates at $3,000 per night with a 2 night minimum***. From time to time the dates of these events changes or the dates are released before I can update my calendar. *****
The townhouse is located across the street from the University by the soccer and lacrosse fields and is literally a 10 minute walk to the football stadium. The immediate area around the townhouse offers several restaurants, Martin's Grocery Store, Starbucks, and Eddy Street Commons.
There are four bedrooms - two rooms with king beds, a third room with two sets of bunkbeds (the bottom beds are doubles), and the fourth room has a set of bunkbends (the bottom bunk is a double) and a queen bed. There is a lot of sleeping space.
We hope you will take the time to read our reviews. We host quite a few guests for events other than home football games - including weddings at Sacred Heart, ND and SMC class reunions, retreats and out of town family visiting relatives in South Bend.
While we have listed this property as not suitable for kids, let me just say that kids are welcome but there are no child safety locks on any cabinets or the stairs.

Stayed at property for the Zach Bryan concert at Notre Dame. Property is in a great location for any activity at Notre Dame or downtown. We walked to stadium, book store, grotto and restaurants/shops. Property has plenty of good tv spaces for watching games or movies. Parking in front makes it convenient. Owner was easy to work with and helpful.

Three classmates and spouses stayed at this property for Notre Dame's reunion weekend and it was the perfect spot for us to begin and end each day. There are ample beds and the room layout is great and provides privacy. Furnishings and amenities ensure it feels like home. Location is also excellent - close enough to walk to campus.

Attended the ND/Boston College game in Nov '19. Two of my sons attend BC and a daughter at ND, so attending the game was a must. The cleanliness and location of the town house was great, we could walk to the stadium. Working with the property manager was also a plus, she really was intent on our being able to enjoy our stay. Checking in and out could not have been easier.If your plans include a visit to ND for a home game this townhouse will enhance your stay.
