Chico is a bright, stylish city center building carefully designed and decorated by notable Mexican architects, perfect base to explore, located in a secure block between beautiful Parque Mexico and iconic Amsterdam avenue in the charming neighborhood of Condesa with wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, the atmosphere in the neighborhood is lovely, you will find local and specialty stores, the architectural style of the old city, terraces in summer and cultural centers.

At ChiCo, we want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so it is important to follow the next rules:
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It`s important not to grant access to the building to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.
If you find any damage or breakdown please let us know as soon as possible.
*A security deposit may apply depending on the platform you are booking on.
Penalty fees may include but are not limited to:

Disrespect Quiet hours (10 pm - 9 am) $500

The area was terrific with many restaurants, shops and the park in close walking distance. The unit is compact and well organized. The bed large and comfortable. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage as we were early for check in. We didn’t want to cook as the restaurants were so convenient but addition of a microwave would be handy. Very pleased with our choice for our first visit to Mexico City. It was peaceful and secure.

The host is very communicative and helped with any/all questions I had! The location was in a very walkable neighborhood and allowed be and my friends to explore many parts of CDMX.
