Modern 35 sqm one-bedroom loft in Parque Mexico, CDMX, along Avenida Amsterdam. Open-plan, with the living and sleeping areas sharing one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed, and has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, heating, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access, a doorman, a gym and a private entrance.
The Space:
There is one bathroom.
The bedroom comes with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron.
In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A shared washer and dryer is available in the apartment.
The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning and heating run throughout.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

The property is new construction, so everything is new. The a/c works great and the location is phenomenal. Issues that are almost comical. The faucet direction to supply hot and cold water is in consistent. One will be left for hot the other left is cold. They didn’t bother to plug in or make available appliances. The microwave was bundled in original packaging; not plugged in. The host stated they didn’t have a safe, but it was in the wardrobe packed in plastic without power. Check in is at 3pm. I requested 2pm. The host said ok via txt. I showed up at 2:45 and the women at the front desk wouldn’t provide access until I showed her the text. The building is secure with a 24 hour staff. Fortunately they wake up from their nap on the lobby sofa in the early morning.
