Located on the ground floor, the apartment features two cozy double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. The living room is a warm and inviting space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a large dining table perfect for shared meals. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine to ensure maximum comfort. Two bathrooms with showers provide practicality and convenience, making your stay even more enjoyable.
Our guests will enjoy free access to air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and fresh bed linens and towels.
On request, we can provide a baby cot at no extra cost.

Great location close to train station. Great communication.

Perfect location for visiting American University students. A nice quiet street for the weekend despite some construction going on at the end of the street. Best to get let off taxi or tram at Viale Di Trasteverde and walk up, otherwise cars have to take a bit of a detour. Great accommodations!
