Hardwood flooring throughout and cozy furnishings welcome you inside, filled with floor-to-ceiling windows and brimming with natural light. The living room is the perfect mix of casual elegance and functional design, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and socializing. Take in gorgeous views from the beautifully appointed kitchen with everything needed to prepare your favorite snacks for the beach. Rented this house with my family. There were 7 adults and a baby. It was an amazing trip. The house was awesome. Loved the beach access and the pool. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We loved having the chairs and umbrella set up for us each morning. I do wish the master had darker curtains because the room is pretty bright in the early morning. The garage has a pool table and ping pong which is great but the lighting is so dim that you really can’t enjoy them. Overall, we were very happy and will be back!!!

First and foremost for future renters, know that you will be going through a third-party “guest relations” company, NOT the property management directly or the owners for all communications. This can be problematic when check-in is at 4 and you have issues that cannot be addressed until the following day. They do not seem to be provided layouts of the house because when trying to explain which bedroom has which problem, they have extreme difficulty in understanding and accurately transcribing for the management company.Also, make sure to check for nearby construction prior to the deadline for full refund. I checked 6 mos before deadline and unfortunately there was indeed construction going 2 houses down in May 2026.However, it is a very good house. Great layout and plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s privacy. It was extremely clean! The location is far enough from public beach accesses and condominiums that guests enjoy uncrowded space on the beach directly from the house. Lots of outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and the pool is a wonderful temperature.The north side bedrooms have balconies that overlook Santa Rosa Sound, and the south bedroom balconies overlook the beach.I will be reporting some electrical issues to the company, specifically fans randomly turning off and lights turning on in the middle of the night. We chose not to have this addressed during our stay because we felt like it would be a major disruption due to the nature of the problem.

Amazing place and great location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities were great. Communication about booking or any questions answered immediately. Would stay here again.
One feedback comment I can make the curtains in the upstairs bedroom (on the left hand side) could be changed they do not block out any light from very early in the morning.
