Welcome to the family retreat you have been waiting for! Telluride Lodge #321 is a 2 bedroom plus loft / 2-bathroom condo. You are greeted with an open living and dining area on the main floor. There is a gas fireplace and two comfy leather couches in the living room for the chilly Colorado evenings. The dining table has enough room for 6 and there 4 barstools and bar for extra seating. The stainless-steel appliances and stocked cabinets will satisfy the chef of the family. There is a small desk nook, should you have to some dreaded work will on vacation.
Head upstairs to the 2nd floor, which is dedicated to the Master Suite. A king size bed with high thread count sheets will make bedtime the best time of the day, especially, after a soak in the beautiful tub in the ensuite. You will also find the stackable washer and dryer on this floor in the hall closet.
Next stop is the third floor and 2nd guest bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower that services the queen bedroom and the loft. Up a short flight of stairs, the loft with an open doorway has the best views in the entire home! Coonskin lift is on display for your viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in this room
The Telluride Lodge is centrally located. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the excitement of downtown Telluride. And the gondola is a 5 minute ride via the (Free!) Galloping Goose shuttle stop right across the street! BL#522

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:
The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. 5-star, w 2 observations:
Need coffee. A Keurig or similar. There was only a couple tablespoons in the coffee bin.
3rd fl bedroom was quite warm. There were 2 fans that helped.

If you have a chance, visit Telluride for the 4th of July - the town is full of visitors, they put on a great small town parade with fantastic fireworks and a drone show.
As for this condo, it was located right on the riverside trail into town (10-15 minute walk) so we never had to drive into town. Parking was good and close to the unit. Check-in was super easy with a code for the door.
The unit was clean and well-appointed and large enough for our family of six. It did get a little hot in the afternoon but opening the windows solved that. We ate breakfast and most dinners in the unit and we found everything we needed (the market is a very short walk from this condo).
There is a very large soaking tub in one bathroom and the other includes a steam shower. Plenty of linens/towels and everything in the unit worked.

The condo is super spacious with awesome views of the mountains. Close to the lift. Only bad part was having to lug your skis and luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the hot tub was not working when we were there.

Great location and property. Parking with 3 cars was an issue, but we did get 2 passes so only had to find a place for the 3rd.
