✨ Brand New Luxury Cabin – Completed in 2024 ✨ Welcome to your mountain escape! This stunning brand new cabin blends upscale comfort with breathtaking views and top-tier amenities—perfectly located just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Please note that are winding and steep roads to get to the cabin. If it snowing or if there is ice, the roads are cleared within 24-48 hours and then you may park at the top of the hill to access the cabin until the snow has been removed/ice has thawed. There is parking for 5-6 cars depending on the size but please note that the driveway is steep and the parking area is mostly flat.

Mountain roads can be steep and winding. In snowy or icy conditions, 4-wheel drive is mandatory.

There is ongoing construction in the area as cabins are being rebuilt after past wildfires—thank you for your understanding and patience.
🏊 Pool Maintenance:
Our pool service company visits every Tuesday to ensure everything stays pristine. They may enter if you're not home—let us know if you prefer to reschedule.
🐾 No Pets: We do not allow pets at this time—thank you for your cooperation.
🐞 Mountain Living:
As with all mountain homes, occasional encounters with ladybugs or bugs are possible despite monthly pest control. This is common throughout the Gatlinburg area.
🐻 Wildlife Safety:
Yes, there are bears!
-Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time)
-Never leave food or trash outside
-Use only the bear-proof trash bins
Note: There is no outdoor grill—guest safety and wildlife management are our top priority.
📜 House Rules:
-A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking.
-No parking on the street—ample space for 5–6 vehicles in the driveway.

-Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each shower
-Laundry & dishwasher pods (starter pack), dish soap, hand soap
-Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods, plus creamers & sugar

Wow! What a gorgeous cabin! Just a few minor issues. Communication with the owner was excellent! Our family enjoyed this modern cabin and the location was perfect! We didn’t mind the winding roads to get to it. My family thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the beauty of this cabin. Beds were all great. We saw bears every day! Mom and 4 cubs right on property. The view was the most beautiful we have seen in all the years we have visited. The cabin stays cool even with all the windows. We couldn’t take a bath in the one tub because stopper didn’t work. There is no window covering on the bedroom downstairs. If you get up early it’s no big deal. Front right burner didn’t work. Other than a few other minor issues we really enjoyed our stay. It’s loaded with dishes and starter items for kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer are full size on the main level. My 4 grandsons loved the bunk room! The bunks on the bottom are larger than the ones on top. Our grands felt very safe in these bunks. It is truly a luxurious cabin. The nicest we have ever stayed in. If you are thinking about renting for your family you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully they will fix the little issues soon. Even with the little issues we give this cabin 5 stars!!! We loved it!!

Awesome views with a great space to relax. Will see bears at the property as they do their rounds each morning through the driveway. One thing to be prepared for is the drive up and down the mountain to the property any time you leave. 10 min or so to get up and down. Also the driveway is way steeper than you think. It is like launching in a rollercoaster in Dollywood.
