You may see bears and ladybugs, along with various other insects and critters—please don’t feed or approach them. Keep food secure and trash in bear-safe bins. Our location so close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park necessitates some compromises. We are on a comprehensive pest control program.

Chalet Village Amenities: You have access to 2 passes (1 pass is good for whole group) for the 3 clubhouses with pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a gym, and other recreational facilities during operating times, typically 9am-9pm seasonally, but may vary based on weather and attendance. The season is roughly Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day depending on weather and demand. Some are occasionally closed for maintenance and other activities. Please contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours.
The clubhouses offer free Wi-Fi access, food/drink concessions, changing rooms, and showers (bring your own towels). Some also have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent.
