About this house rental
Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Cape-style home! Located just steps from Havens Beach and less than half a mile from Sag Harbor Village's Main Street, you'll have easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
• Upstairs: A spacious open room with a king-size bed and its own cozy sitting area.
This home has been in our family for four generations, offering a retreat of simple living.
Amenities:
• Wireless internet access
• Flat-screen TVs
• Essential linens, towels, and soaps
Important Information:
• If you book during the first week of August, please be aware of the annual carnival held in the field directly behind our home.
• We maintain a strict no-pets policy to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all guests.
Surveillance Device Disclosure:
For your security and ours, this property features exterior surveillance cameras. Location and coverage of these devices include:
• A Ring video doorbell facing the front walkway/porch area (records video and audio).
• A Ring spotlight security camera on the back corner of the house, facing the driveway and backyard (records video and audio).

The home was spotless to the point we felt that it had never been slept in before. Location was perfect to walk the village and the beach. Ideal spot to stay and plenty of space with the 3bd. Will definitely rent again.

This was a great cottage overlooking Havens Beach. 3 Bedrooms and 1 bath - very cute. Everything inside was perfectly clean and maintained. We would definitely rent again.
