About this house rental
Welcome to our happy place! Our home is located in Sag Harbor, half a block away from a private beach and walking distance from the quaint village of Sag Harbor with its vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife. The house is very spacious with two living areas, two decks and a yard complete with patio and horseshoes. There are four bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. There are 7 beds total. the house has central air throughout. It is a serene place best suited for families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is a ping pong table, gas grill and high-speed wifi. We welcome short and long-term rentals but no parties, pets or smoking please.

the house was absolutely beautiful including the backyard. host had so many amenities to use. there was also ample space for parking. the home was beautifully furnished and clean.

This was the perfect house for my my family. It was clean, beds very comfortable. Bathrooms updated with great lighted mirrors. It was great to have 2 Kitchens as my dad gets up very early and he had his own space. 2 Great porches to sit on and relax. 5 min drive to town where all the shops, restaurants etc are. Extremely quiet. This is a 10. Perfect for my older kids and my older parents everyone had their own space . Downstairs , finished basement with 2 bedrooms and Family room with ping pong foose ball etc. I highly recommend this peaceful beach escape.

Our stay at Linsey and Paul’s was wonderful! The house was beautiful and clean and had more than enough room for my group. Linsey and Paul were incredibly responsive as well which was so helpful when we had small questions about check in!
