About this cottage rental
Shell Cottage is situated towards the top end of Anna Maria Island. It is one of a cluster of the 3 cottages sharing the free form pool with waterfall (at most there would be 8 people using the pool).
The cottage is extremely well furnished and equipped with everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The bedroom has a Queen bed and the bathroom is fitted with a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.
The french doors in the sitting room open out to the pool which is situated in a tropically landscaped garden. You will also find tables, chairs and loungers around the pool.
There is an internal door which connects to Seahorse Cottage therefore making it possible to rent the 2 properties together to accommodate up to 4 people (this door is lockable from both sides to ensure privacy).
The property benefits from off street parking for 1 car.
The beach is just 200 feet away at the end of the quiet road and numerous restaurants can also be found within walking distance. If you wanted to explore the island further without having to use your car then the free trolley bus is the perfect answer.

Great location, steps to the beautiful white sandy beach and walking distance to great shops and restaurants and perfect backyard oasis was the cherry on top! Loved it!

The location of Shell Cottage is exceptional. Such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction surrounding the cottage and because of the noise the pool was not a relaxing place to be during the day. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There were a few quirky things. Could not put the AC higher than 75 or it would freeze up the AC.We were only allowed 1 roll of TP we had to buy our own. And it said cookware is provided…1 small 6-8 inch skillet was supplied. And 1 small sauce pan. Everything else was fine.
