About this apartment rental
Seashell is 3 bedroom 2 bath second story condo that is set up like a single family home. It features wood floors, a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom as well as two twin beds in the third bedroom. The master bedroom ensuite has a shower, bath tub, granite vanity top with double sinks. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television.
The living area has a open floor concept with a breakfast bar. The kitchen entails granite counter tops which features a full range of stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked kitchen includes all your household items that make you feel like you are at home.
From the living room area you have access to the front and back porch. Indulge in the large flat screen TV in the living room that offers sports package and all local channels. Relax, as natural light will illuminate the whole living space. If you are hosting guests, the dining room table seat up to 8 people.
The front porch faces south toward Pine Avenue. The back porch faces north overlooking the private fenced pool . Outdoor furniture and a gas grill complete the private pool oasis. Beach wagon and beach items are also available. One assigned parking. Bus stop of the free Island trolley is just in front of the house. At this location you could completely forget your car!
Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

We loved this place! Very clean, perfect location quick response from property manager/owner about a clogged sink! Beds could have been a smidge comfier but overall we were so happy here, We would 100% stay here again!

The apartment itself was nice. Finding it however, took some time. There’s only one designated parking spot and it’s in front of a restaurant. We had to ask people to move their cars or golf carts from the spot every single time we came back to the house. We found parking for the other cars across the street but we had to wait for people to leave and stand in the spot! Super inconvenient.Also the entrance is down an alley by the restaurants smelly dumpsters!!! Then moving in means you have to drag coolers, suitcases and groceries up 17 steps on the staircase.The house has a great location once you get passed all of that.

The rental was very nice. It was clean. It had everything we needed. I read some of the other reviews before and the donut shopdownstairs was nothing to worry about at all. We never heard anything, nor was there a lot of noise in the mornings. The only downside is when you go to leave there are a lot of people there sometimes. The only negative thing I would say is that there is no lock or keypad on the gate so anyone can come in at any time. There were multiple times that we were hanging out around the pool and random people just walked in the gate. I think this is a security issue and probably should be addressed by the owner/rental management team I think if there are maintenance people that need to access the pool or the back of the house they need to knock or at least notify tenants that someone will be coming over.

Sadly due to working on the flooring - we found out on Thursday - 2 days before our arrival that we would have to move to another location on the island
. The only way I found out was by making a phone
Call to the management company to ask a question about the condo! The management said oh yes we have to move you due to and issue that caused the owner to need additional time with the flooring . We were moved to a home three streets away. The management company and owner did offer to give us another day and change our vacation. That wasn’t an option due to our airline and car rental. Plus we were celebrating our retirement . The management company did provide a gift basket and decided not to charge us for the difference in price between the condo and the house that was further from
The beach. I had traveled to Anna Maria several times and new PINE Ave well. We were disappointed
But our new house was acceptable.
