Amara Villas are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Amara Villas is a beachfront holiday complex, consisting of 3 independent Villas, each one with its own private pool.
Amara Villa I is perfectly situated for a car-free holiday, with a sandy beach just 100 meters away, complete with private sunbeds exclusively for our guests. All essential amenities are within easy walking distance, making daily needs effortless, while the beautiful area of Rethymno and its picturesque Old Town are just 3 km away.Indoor LayoutGround Floor- Open-plan living space with two comfortable sofas, a 49 HDTV, pool views, and direct veranda access.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a wine cooler, and an indoor dining area.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower.
First Floor- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with shower cabin, balcony with patio furniture, and a large veranda featuring an outdoor jacuzzi, table tennis, and stunning panoramic sea views.
Lower Floor- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower.
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), convertible into a King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request.
- Playroom with a 49" HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 4, Bluetooth speaker, board games, and a comfortable sofa. Direct pool terrace access via staircase.
- Wellness Area: Sauna, static bike, treadmill, and two yoga mats
- Additional Bathroom that features a shower cabin.
- Laundry Room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have self-controlled A/C and a 32" HDTV.
Outdoor Area- Private Swimming Pool: 50 sq. m. (1.50 m deep) with a childrens section (0.50 m deep) with 6 sunbeds, 2 chaise longues, and umbrellas.
- Shaded veranda with a dining area (direct access from the living room).
- First-floor shaded veranda with a 5-seater hot tub, table tennis, and outdoor lounge.
- Childrens Playground: A safe and fun space for young guests.
- Bicycles: 2 available upon request.
- BBQ Facilities: Charcoal barbecue for outdoor cooking.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa accommodated 9 adults perfectly, pool was large enough for ball games, ping pong was a huge hit, pre ordered shopping and was all put away when we arrived. Transfers all organised, greeted warmly by Otilia who was lovely. Lots of eateries within walking distance as well as bakeries and butchers. Would recommend for a great family holiday without having to drive, Rethymno is just beautiful.

The villa was outstanding, huge and spacious. There were 7 adults and all were catered for. Excellent location for the old town for eating and drinking

Our family of 7 had a fun stay at the Villa. Ping pong, hot tub, sauna & pool were a big hit. We enjoyed a few local (walk to) restaurants, especially Thymari & Taverna Klimateria! We took bikes and bus to the old town (not walking distance). Spent days driving around to see the island and coming home to the Villa with its amenities was perfect.

We stayed with 6 adults, 12 year old and a 3 year old. The place was clean and tidy. Lovely location. They were always happy to help with anything.
Only down side was the pool was all one height being 1.5m so any one below that would struggle standing up in there but the ere is a little pool for little children.
