About this villa rental
El Pueblo 9 is located on the front row of the cliff edge providing you with a mind blowing view over the Caribbean sea. The breeze over the covered terrace and your own private pool make this place perfect! Shared ocean access through a pathway down to the water is available within a short walk from the villa.
Lay out:
The villa has a wooden entrance gate, covered front door into the hall with living room and open kitchen. Kitchen includes; microwave, American style fridge, dishwasher, wine storage and induction cooking. Master bedroom with ample closet space and en-suite bathroom (bath, double shower, toilet and two washbasins), two bedrooms , 1 bathroom and storage space. Folding doors give access to the covered terrace with sundeck and swimming pool. No screens.
Outside the villa there is a covered area with rinse tank. Outdoor stairs lead to the roof terrace.
Master bedroom: 1 kingsize beds
Second bedroom: 2 single beds
Third bedroom: 2 single beds
Located 10 minutes from Kralendijk and 5 minutes from north dive sites, but tucked away in secluded privacy El Pueblo offers the best of both worlds of Bonaire! Take advantage of the security offered in a gated community bordered by a traditional Bonairean cactus fence with an automatic nightly closing security gate while also enjoying privacy within the property due to its private walled garden and terrace.

Management of the property was excellent. Sometimes communication was a little slow, but they were nice people. Reason I gave it 4 stars are 3 things:1-Pool was green, cloudy and unusable for 4 days. (Corrected on the regular pool maintenance day)2-Iguanas pooped on the pool edge every day 3-There were days when we couldn’t sit outside because of the gnats and no see-um’s

The house was beautiful and located on a great location. You can barely see that you have neighbors through all the landscaping so it felt nice and private. The poor was wonderful. Only negative are the mostquitos. Some candles and spray took care of them. Overall a great experience and we are looking forward to coming back.
