HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.

COFFEEBAR - Coffeebar with Keurig, small refrigerator, and microwave
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV*, WiFi, electric fireplace in suite, private courtyard with a hot tub, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

The rooms are a great location being very close to the activities of Main Street. Parking was not an issue even on a holiday weekend. Unit 3 has a slightly smaller patio but the front porch seats for morning coffee and people watching, plus street parking access make up for it. The room was clean and as advertised.

Villa number 3 was the perfect location for our stay, 1 block off of Main Street. We were able to walk everywhere. We also loved having the little front porch to rest our feet and people watch. I would definitely book it again.
