Great spot for our family. Close to the ocean and wonderful pool and amenities. Beautiful place. We were all happy with the stay!

This house met all our needs. We had multiple families and this house had plenty of space for everyone and was walking to the beach, which was the best!!!

5/10 It Served its Purpose. The property is owned by a real-estate company and once booked, all communication moves to personal email. They sent me an entirely new contract, trip protection and invoice even though I already completed that all on VRBO, essentially making VRBO an unnecessary middleman. We drove from PA, and hoped to check in early, however the company enforces an early check in fee of 240 plus tax and processing fee to check-in at1pm... Upon arrival, we did everything we could with 2 young children and called to see if they'd let us in at 3:30. Again the answer was no.So, we wait until 4, only to arrive to a house that was NOT ready. The grill cover was on the ground, pool was still being filled, the first-floor walls covered in scuffs, a broken pool stick, painters' tape on the wall, the countertop corner was broken, then someone from the company showed up at 4:05 to do a whole house property check! 2nd floor had lots of furniture mildly damaged, and gum stuck to the bathroom wall, 3rd floor had a broken blind, a huge screen laying on the deck, the trash can was broken with food on the bottom and the dishwasher needed to be unloaded. It was less than welcoming to say the least. The company also sends someone to check on the pool/hot tub throughout the wk w/o communicating their presence. I sent an email detailing all the issues and was told someone would be in contact to discuss, they have not reached out. It served its purpose, but we will not book again.
