The flat was lovely and had everything my family needed. The rule about no visitors we felt was unreasonable. My sister and her family have just immigrated and we’re keen to see other family members during their stay. Roadworks were noisy at times.

I left a day early as the property smelt unclean. I had taken food to cook but the cooker was unclean.
